– CANADA, Vancouver – Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX: AFM | JSE: APH), today announced the appointment of Brendan Lynch to its Board of Directors, subject to regulatory approval, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Douglas Strong.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Strong for his contributions to Alphamin during his tenure on the board.
Mr. Lynch is a non-executive independent director, previously CFO, of the Gerald Metals Group and registered as a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
