– USA, UT – Allied Ventures Holdings Corp (OTC:DPHS) today announced the resignation of its officers and director, and the appointment of Mr. Ye XiZhen as the new board chairman and CEO taking effect as soon as practicable in accordance with the regulations. There are no disagreements between the departing parties and the Company. Mr. Ye XiZhen is also chairman of Longwen Group Inc, a company specializes in mining, energy, media, medicine and tourism in China.
