All Active Asset Capital appoints James Normand as Executive Chairman alongside Robert Berkeley stepping to Non-Executive Director

– HONG KONG, Hong Kong –  All Active Asset Cap (LON: AAA) today announced that James Normand, who has been an Executive Director of the Company since September 2019, has been appointed to the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Robert Berkeley, who has served as Executive Chairman and Finance Director of the Company since 2013, has assumed the role of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, while Simon Grant-Rennick remains in his role as independent Non-Executive Director.
