Alfa Financial Software announces Adrian Chamberlain and Charlotte de Metz to its Board as Independent Directors

– UK, London –  Alfa Financial Software Holdings Plc (LON: ALFA), the leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, today announced that Adrian Chamberlain and Charlotte de Metz will join the Board as independent, non-executive directors after the publication of the Company’s 2019 financial results.

Upon joining the Board, Adrian and Charlotte will immediately join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination committees and Adrian will take over from Chris Sullivan as chair of the Remuneration Committee.

About Adrian Chamberlain

Adrian is a non-executive director of Volex plc, a leading global supplier of power cords and global assembly units where he chairs the Remuneration Committee, and of Cambridge University Health Trust, one of the country’s largest NHS Trusts, where he chairs the Performance Committee. He is also Executive Chairman of eConsult Ltd, a leading cloud-based medical triage company. Adrian has previously held senior executive positions in a number of private and public technology and telecommunications companies including as Chief Executive Officer of Messagelabs and of Achilles Ltd, as a member of the Board of Cable and Wireless and Bovis Lend Lease and as a member of the Operations Board at Symantec. He has extensive experience internationally in both the private and public sectors and has particular expertise in strategy formulation and execution, technology, and software-as-a-service. Adrian holds an MA in History from Trinity College, Cambridge and an MBA from the London Business School.
