Aldermore Group appoints Chris Patrick to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Peterborough – The Aldermore Group PLC (LSE:ALD), announces that Chris Patrick has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 November 2016. Chris has also been appointed as a member of the Risk Committee and the Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee, and as a Non-Executive Director of Aldermore Bank PLC.

Chris’ appointment has been made pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Relationship Agreement with its principal shareholders comprising the AnaCap Funds. He replaces Neil Cochrane who was appointed by the AnaCap Funds and stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 14 October 2016.

Chris is a Partner at AnaCap Financial Partners LLP and brings over 25 years’ experience of financial services to the Board. Chris joined AnaCap in 2009 and heads the Risk & Liability Management Team, which assists the AnaCap Funds in funding, liquidity management, and monitoring key credit and market risks relating to their portfolio investments. Chris previously held roles at Lehman Brothers International, Credit Suisse First Boston, Nomura International and Goldman Sachs.
