(TSXV:AHI), today announced the election of Wayne Cockburn and Kenneth Howling to its Board of Directors, and the re-election of incumbent directors Pierre Gagnon, Bob Herr and Kenneth Scholten. All other items put forth at the Annual and Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders which took place on June 20, 2018 were also approved.
