– UK – AGA Rangemaster Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Ivell as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1st July 2014.
Bob will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees and will assume the role of senior independent director with immediate effect.
Bob is currently non-executive chairman of Mitchells & Butlers plc and senior independent director of Britvic plc. He was previously chairman of David Lloyd Leisure Limited, Park Resorts Group Limited, Next Generation Clubs Pacific and a non-executive director of The Restaurant Group Plc. He has over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry with a particular focus on food-led managed restaurants and pubs. He previously held executive roles with Regent Inns Plc, Scottish & Newcastle Plc and Whitbread Plc.
