– UK, Somerset – Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce that Paul Spence has been appointed to the position of Non- Executive Director, with effect from 1 February 2016. Paul will also be a member of the Company’s Audit and Nominations Committees.
Paul David Spence, 57, spent much of his career with Capgemini and its predecessor companies, during which time his roles included deputy group CEO and CEO of Capgemini Global Outsourcing Services. He has extensive experience of the outsourcing industry in both the public and private sectors, as well as broad international experience, in particular in the US and Asian markets. Paul is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a Non-Executive Director of G4S.
As well as further strengthening Board governance, Paul will be working with the Board to enhance the Group’s profile and increase growth opportunities, particularly in the Company’s strategically important US market.
