4imprint Group announces Board Member Paul Moody as next Non-Executive Chairman

– UK, London – 4imprint Group plc (LSE:FOUR), the leading international direct marketer of promotional products announces the appointment of Paul Moody as Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr. Moody will take up the role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 December 2016 when the present Chairman, John Poulter, will retire. Mr. Poulter had announced at the 2016 Annual General Meeting that he would be retiring towards the end of the year.

Mr. Moody serves on the Board of Johnson Service Group plc as Non-Executive Chairman and is also a Non-Executive Director of Pets at Home Group plc. He has been a Non-Executive Director of 4imprint since February 2016.

He has extensive public company experience and spent seventeen years at Britvic plc, including the last eight years as Chief Executive.
