– USA, IL – 3WON, LLC, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr. Kevin Hickey as an independent director of the Company.
Mr. Hickey is currently a Principal with HES Advisors, Inc., a health care consulting firm. He is the former President of D2Hawkeye, Inc., (now Verisk Health) and IntelliClaim, Inc., which was acquired by McKesson Corporation. He is the former Executive Vice President, Operations and Technology of Oxford Health Plans (now United HealthCare); Chairman and Founder of Health Plans of America; Senior Vice President, Operations, of Aetna Health Plans; Senior Vice President of Lincoln National Life; and Vice President & General Counsel of MetLife Healthcare Management Corporation. He is also past Chairman of the industry collaborative organization, National Electronic Information Clearinghouse (NEIC), and oversaw its sale to Envoy in 1995 (now Emdeon).

Mr. Hickey is currently a director of WellCare Health Plans, Inc., (NYSE: WSG) and a trustee of Nantucket Cottage Hospital. He has had previous service on numerous public and private boards, including HealthAxis Group, (NASDAQ: HAXS), DiagnosisOne, and the Connecticut MultiSpecialty Group. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College, a M.H.S.A. (Masters in Health Service Administration) from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Loyola College of Law.
